Founded by industry veteran Bill Naughton, Saoi Technology was born out of a desire to provide hands-on, personalized service in the investment community. Founder and CEO
Bill Naughton is the Founder and CEO of Saoi Technology, he is known for his hands-on, client-centric approach to operational executive services. With a proven track record across IPOs, spin-offs, public-to-private transitions, and M&A, Bill brings deep expertise in guiding complex global transactions and assembling high-impact teams to drive strategic outcomes.
He has held senior leadership roles—including President, COO, CIO, and CTO—at major SaaS and Fortune 500 companies, with cross-industry experience in healthcare tech, digital marketing, auto retail, logistics, and manufacturing. Bill also led the launch of one of India’s most successful captive development centers.
A Chicago native, Bill holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, Chief AI Officer Program at the University of Chicago, and earned a Technology and Supply Chain certificate from Stanford. His leadership at ADP, RR Donnelley, and CDK Global includes overseeing a multibillion-dollar IPO spin-off.
